The purpose of this white paper is to provide an overview and summary of the Mitchell Technical Institute (MTI), Technical Education at a Distance (TED) Grant project funded through the U.S. Department of Labor Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) program (Award #TC-23771-12-60-A-46). The grant period of performance was October 1, 2012 to September 30, 2016.
