Advisory Group members contribute to the design, development and delivery of the courses that are developed through this TAACCCT grant. The members also provide the program graduates with opportunities for job placements.

Abstract
This course is a study of various structured approaches to managerial decision making.
Topics include: Using a Mission Statement, Market Segmentation, SWOT Analysis, and Data-Driven Decision Making.
Materials include interactive lessons and quizzes, a writing assignment, discussion questions, and a final exam. The lessons, quizzes, and final exam are in zipped files that can be imported to an LMS as SCORM Content or opened (If viewing without uploading to an LMS- unzip the file, and click story_html5.html).
