Abstract
This is the syllabus for MAIN 1304, Basic Programmable Controls. Basic Programmable Controls is a study of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s). The PLC is a microprocessor-based programmable device that replaces manual control devices in discrete control systems that use relay logic. This course will utilize Allen Bradley PLC’s and software.
