Abstract
The following documents are program support materials specific to the supply chain/logistics industry. The Career and Education KSA Matrix was intended to identify the certification, degrees and other credentials that were specific to the logistics industry and identify what skills were taught in each of those certifications, degrees, or credentials. The skills were then ranked by their level of rigor. The needs of Indiana employers were taken in to account when developing this matrix. The IndianaSkills.com website was utilized to identify the Specialized Skills ("Hard Skills") and Baseline Skills ("Soft Skills") requested by employers for their logistics workforce, and then those requested skills were mapped back to the credentials to determine which credentials included the skills employers were seeking. Lastly, a comprehensive spreadsheet was made identifying the skills that were most sought after within Specialized and Baseline skills. Each certification, degree and credential was then reviewed to determine the specific content that is taught within that program that meets the desired skill.
