IS:151 Computer Applications in Business instructional resources; required course in the IT Help Desk/End User Support Certificate of Specialization program of study. Survey of frequently used programs for the business environment. No programming knowledge is
required. Software packages from these categories will be studied: operating system, electronic spreadsheet, database management, word processing, and presentation software. Additional lab time may be required.
