Abstract

The Food Sanitation Lab Manual developed by Garden City Community College is an educational product used by students as a learning tool that students can effectively record learned concepts and review as needed. Food Sanitation will give the student an overview of the food industry from food safety, microbiology, proper sanitation and production guidelines, safe handling and cooking temperatures, and be complete with the ServSafe certification exam. The student will learn about food safety and sanitation in all areas of food handling, preparation, and storage.
