Abstract
This product provides a federal funding source snapshot for academic institutions to use as they plan for sustainability for their integrated career pathway programs after grant funding ends. The tool has two components: a federal funding matrix and a self-assessment. The federal funding matrix illustrates which integrated pathway model elements can potentially be supported by federal workforce, education, and social support funding streams.
