About BT10: This course describes a detailed study of the manufacture of biopharmaceuticals/biologics from industrial techniques within the biotechnology field. Special topics include the background, main areas and regulations of biomanufacturing, the basic biology and chemistry as it applies to the manufacture of biological products, and procedures, proper techniques, and documentation of the biomanufacturing process.
