Abstract
IMPACT Change is an incentive reward system for students that assigns point values to milestones they reach academically. These points can be exchanged for school items through redemption with the Workforce Training Coach. There is no real monetary value and the rewards are provided as part of a collaboration with a community college foundation grant.
