Abstract

This course is designed as a hands-on approach to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed for successful entrance into a computer technology career as a desktop and network support technician. Windows operating systems and mobile OS platforms will be examined in detail. The course consists of a series of specific application projects, each of which is designed to develop and broaden student knowledge, skills, and confidence in preparation for the CompTIA A+ Certification Exam.
