Abstract
These collection of documents includes an Eligibility Requirement and Program Fees form, a student checklist form, a program overview, a student engagement contract and a Workplace Learning Overview. The use of the Eligibility Requirement and Program Fees form was used effectively in the process of prospective EMD student’s eligibility to be granted acceptance into the program. The program and Workplace Learning Experience overviews provided the student with detail information regarding the program and the expected responsibility in order to complete the program. The usage of a student checklist allowed the student to maximize their Workplace Learning Experience to successfully complete their internship.
